How to play ENCHANTED JUNGLE
Because it’s a mod.io map, there’s nothing to sideload: Quest and PC players both get it through the in-game Virtual Stump.
- Open mod.io/g/gorilla-tag/m/sava-test and hit Subscribe. Use the same mod.io login that your headset is linked to.
- Head to the Arcade in City and put on one of the green headsets to drop into the Virtual Stump.
- Not linked yet? The account screen in the Stump gives you a code to type in at mod.io/connect.
- On the maps terminal, show installed maps only, pick ENCHANTED JUNGLE and load it. Expect a ~20 MB download the first time.
Under-13 accounts are blocked from the Virtual Stump, so this won’t show up for them.
Before you jump in
- It’s a light download (about 20 MB), so it loads quickly even on slow Wi-Fi.
- With competitive or minigame tags, sessions play better when everyone has already loaded the map before the round starts.
- The last update was October 11, 2024. Big Gorilla Tag updates can break older maps, so if it won’t load, check the mod.io page for a newer file or a note from Sava_VR.
