What Is the bHaptics Integration Mod?

The bHaptics Integration Mod brings next-generation physical immersion to Gorilla Tag by linking your VR gameplay events directly to bHaptics TactSuit haptic vests, TactSleeve armbands, and TactVisor facial cushions.

Instead of relying solely on standard controller motor buzzers, you literally feel the physical force of a lava monke tagging your shoulder, the vibration of tree branch landings through your chest, and the tactile rumble of water splashing in the beach caves.

Supported Haptic Feedback Events & Telemetry

• Tag Impact Vibrations: When tagged by another player, localized vibration pulses trigger on the exact chest or back motors corresponding to the physical impact angle.
• Branch & Wall Slaps: Hard surface impacts translate high-frequency tactile clicks into your TactSleeve armbands, giving you tactile cues for jump timing.
• Heartbeat Sensor in Infection: When you are the last surviving monke in an infection round, your chest vest pulses with a rhythmic, accelerating heartbeat.
• Water & Lava Immersion: Submerging into water or rising lava sends continuous ripple waves across your lower torso motors.

Installation Steps:

1. Ensure bHaptics Player desktop software is running on your PC with Bluetooth connected to your devices.
2. Ensure BepInEx 5.4+ is installed in your Gorilla Tag Steam directory.
3. Download GorillaTagbHaptics.dll from the link below and drop it into:

   Gorilla Tag\BepInEx\plugins\

4. Launch Gorilla Tag. The bHaptics Player app will show an active connection indicator labeled “Gorilla Tag Haptic Stream Connected”.
