Rass Mobile Mod for Gorilla Tag – How to Run It on PC

Rass Mobile Mod is a fan-made PC mod for Gorilla Tag. We couldn’t find an official source page, author profile or changelog for it, so this page leaves out version numbers and feature claims we can’t check. It covers how PC mods like it load, where they work, and what usually breaks.

Installing a PC plugin like this

Setup is the standard PC routine. Install BepInEx 5.4.23.x (x64) and launch once, add Utilla if the mod needs it, then place the DLL in the plugins folder. Monke Mod Manager can install BepInEx and Utilla for you, but it won’t list most unofficial mods.

Using it safely

Stick to private codes and the Modded gamemodes. It’s not a competitive advantage tool, but any mod in public lobbies can draw reports.

Does it work on Quest?

It’s PC-only. Quest players can use it only when playing the Steam version through a cable or wireless PC link. Nothing installs on the headset itself.

Troubleshooting

Nothing happens in-game. Open BepInEx/LogOutput.log and search for Rass Mobile Mod. No mention means BepInEx never loaded it. Usually that’s the wrong folder, a missing dependency, or a build compiled against an older game.

Broke after an update. Game patches change the code mods hook into. If nobody maintains Rass Mobile Mod, it stays broken. There’s no setting to fix that.

Crash at startup. Take Rass Mobile Mod out of plugins first. If the game starts, the mod is the problem. If it still crashes, update BepInEx: 5.4.22 and older crash on current builds.

Defender removed something. BepInEx’s winhttp.dll proxy gets quarantined fairly often. Restoring it is fine if BepInEx came from its GitHub releases. A flagged menu DLL deserves more suspicion, not less.
