Vels Camera is a camera mod for recording Gorilla Tag. It’s from Veloc1tyIsCrazy, and the GitHub release is VelsCamModV2.1 (March 2024). The file is CameraMod.dll.
Install
BepInEx 5 first, then CameraMod.dll into BepInEx/plugins. Don’t run it next to another camera mod (GoPro-style mods, Yizzi Cam), since they fight over the spectator camera.
Recording tips
- Record the desktop window with OBS rather than the headset feed. That’s the point of camera mods.
- Lock your framerate. Smooth third-person footage needs a stable game FPS.
- Since it’s from 2024, check the BepInEx log if the camera doesn’t appear after a game update.
