Loading The Jungle in Gorilla Tag
The Jungle doesn’t need BepInEx or any PC mod loader. It runs through the official mod.io integration, so it works on Quest and on Steam/PC VR.
- Head to the Arcade in City and put on one of the green headsets to drop into the Virtual Stump.
- If the terminal says you’re not linked, enter the code it shows at mod.io/connect.
- Subscribe to The Jungle at mod.io/g/gorilla-tag/m/the-jungle2 while logged in to the mod.io account you’ve linked to Gorilla Tag.
- Pick The Jungle from the installed list on the maps terminal and load in. It’s around 126 MB, so the first load takes a bit.
Under-13 accounts are blocked from the Virtual Stump, so this won’t show up for them.
Things worth knowing
- The Roleplay tag means much of the fun depends on the group you play with. Agree on the scenario before you start.
- With competitive or minigame tags, sessions play better when everyone has already loaded the map before the round starts.
