Getting into Temple On The Heights (NEW)

You don’t install Temple On The Heights (NEW) like a PC mod. Gorilla Tag downloads it for you once you’re subscribed, on Quest or PC.

1. Open mod.io/g/gorilla-tag/m/temple-on-the-heights and hit Subscribe. Use the same mod.io login that your headset is linked to.
2. Jump into the Virtual Stump from the green headsets in City’s Arcade.
3. Not linked yet? The account screen in the Stump gives you a code to type in at mod.io/connect.
4. Use the terminal to filter to installed maps, then select Temple On The Heights (NEW) and press load. Expect a ~40 MB download the first time.

Under-13 accounts are blocked from the Virtual Stump, so this won’t show up for them.

Things worth knowing

• It’s tagged Hangout, which usually means it’s best with a few friends in a private code rather than a full random lobby.
• The Roleplay tag means much of the fun depends on the group you play with. Agree on the scenario before you start.
• The last update was November 10, 2025. Big Gorilla Tag updates can break older maps, so if it won’t load, check the mod.io page for a newer file or a note from ORBITVR5.
