Getting into Rotating Deep Mines
Because it’s a mod.io map, there’s nothing to sideload: Quest and PC players both get it through the in-game Virtual Stump.
- Open mod.io/g/gorilla-tag/m/rotating-deepmines-testing and hit Subscribe. Use the same mod.io login that your headset is linked to.
- Head to the Arcade in City and put on one of the green headsets to drop into the Virtual Stump.
- If the terminal says you’re not linked, enter the code it shows at mod.io/connect.
- Pick Rotating Deep Mines from the installed list on the maps terminal and load in. Expect a ~30 MB download the first time.
Note: accounts registered as under 13 can’t enter the Virtual Stump.
Things worth knowing
- If it fails to load, unsubscribe and resubscribe on mod.io so Gorilla Tag pulls a fresh copy.
