How to play PoolRooms

Because it’s a mod.io map, there’s nothing to sideload: Quest and PC players both get it through the in-game Virtual Stump.

1. Head to the Arcade in City and put on one of the green headsets to drop into the Virtual Stump.
2. If the terminal says you’re not linked, enter the code it shows at mod.io/connect.
3. Open mod.io/g/gorilla-tag/m/poolrooms1 and hit Subscribe. Use the same mod.io login that your headset is linked to.
4. On the maps terminal, show installed maps only, pick PoolRooms and load it. It’s around 162 MB, so the first load takes a bit.

Custom maps aren’t available to accounts registered under 13.

Tips

• At around 162 MB this is one of the heavier downloads. On a Quest with little free storage, clear some space first or the load can fail.
• It’s tagged Hangout, which usually means it’s best with a few friends in a private code rather than a full random lobby.
• The Roleplay tag means much of the fun depends on the group you play with. Agree on the scenario before you start.
