How to play Only Up Simulator

Because it’s a mod.io gamemode, there’s nothing to sideload: Quest and PC players both get it through the in-game Virtual Stump.

1. In City, walk into the Arcade and use a green VR headset; that takes you to the Virtual Stump.
2. Not linked yet? The account screen in the Stump gives you a code to type in at mod.io/connect.
3. Find Only Up Simulator on mod.io (mod.io/g/gorilla-tag/m/only-up-simulator) and subscribe, logged in with your linked account.
4. On the maps terminal, show installed maps only, pick Only Up Simulator and load it. The first load pulls about 44 MB.

Custom maps aren’t available to accounts registered under 13.

Things worth knowing

• It’s tagged as a challenge/race map, so expect to restart sections. Learning one route properly beats rushing.
• It’s tagged Hangout, which usually means it’s best with a few friends in a private code rather than a full random lobby.
• With competitive or minigame tags, sessions play better when everyone has already loaded the map before the round starts.
