Loading MeteorMonsterEvent in Gorilla Tag

You don’t install MeteorMonsterEvent like a PC mod. Gorilla Tag downloads it for you once you’re subscribed, on Quest or PC.

1. In City, walk into the Arcade and use a green VR headset; that takes you to the Virtual Stump.
2. First time? Link your account from the mod.io screen in the Stump by entering its code at mod.io/connect.
3. Open mod.io/g/gorilla-tag/m/meteor-event1 and hit Subscribe. Use the same mod.io login that your headset is linked to.
4. Pick MeteorMonsterEvent from the installed list on the maps terminal and load in. It’s around 440 MB, so the first load takes a bit.

Under-13 accounts are blocked from the Virtual Stump, so this won’t show up for them.

Tips

• At around 440 MB this is one of the heavier downloads. On a Quest with little free storage, clear some space first or the load can fail.
• It’s tagged Hangout, which usually means it’s best with a few friends in a private code rather than a full random lobby.
