Loading Maps Display in Gorilla Tag

Because it’s a mod.io map, there’s nothing to sideload: Quest and PC players both get it through the in-game Virtual Stump.

1. Head to the Arcade in City and put on one of the green headsets to drop into the Virtual Stump.
2. If the terminal says you’re not linked, enter the code it shows at mod.io/connect.
3. Subscribe to Maps Display at mod.io/g/gorilla-tag/m/maps-display while logged in to the mod.io account you’ve linked to Gorilla Tag.
4. Pick Maps Display from the installed list on the maps terminal and load in. Expect a ~3 MB download the first time.

Under-13 accounts are blocked from the Virtual Stump, so this won’t show up for them.

Tips

• It’s a light download (about 3 MB), so it loads quickly even on slow Wi-Fi.
• The last update was January 13, 2025. Big Gorilla Tag updates can break older maps, so if it won’t load, check the mod.io page for a newer file or a note from AnotherAxiom-Official.
