How to play Iron Lung (Gorilla Tag)

Iron Lung (Gorilla Tag) doesn’t need BepInEx or any PC mod loader. It runs through the official mod.io integration, so it works on Quest and on Steam/PC VR.

1. Find Iron Lung (Gorilla Tag) on mod.io (mod.io/g/gorilla-tag/m/iron-lung-gorilla-tag) and subscribe, logged in with your linked account.
2. In City, walk into the Arcade and use a green VR headset; that takes you to the Virtual Stump.
3. First time? Link your account from the mod.io screen in the Stump by entering its code at mod.io/connect.
4. On the maps terminal, show installed maps only, pick Iron Lung (Gorilla Tag) and load it. It’s around 33 MB, so the first load takes a bit.

Under-13 accounts are blocked from the Virtual Stump, so this won’t show up for them.

Before you jump in

• It’s tagged Hangout, which usually means it’s best with a few friends in a private code rather than a full random lobby.
