How to play -Hide and Seek-
You don’t install -Hide and Seek- like a PC mod. Gorilla Tag downloads it for you once you’re subscribed, on Quest or PC.
- Jump into the Virtual Stump from the green headsets in City’s Arcade.
- Not linked yet? The account screen in the Stump gives you a code to type in at mod.io/connect.
- Find -Hide and Seek- on mod.io (mod.io/g/gorilla-tag/m/hide-and-seek40) and subscribe, logged in with your linked account.
- Pick -Hide and Seek- from the installed list on the maps terminal and load in. The first load pulls about 26 MB.
Note: accounts registered as under 13 can’t enter the Virtual Stump.
Tips
- With competitive or minigame tags, sessions play better when everyone has already loaded the map before the round starts.
- The last update was August 1, 2025. Big Gorilla Tag updates can break older maps, so if it won’t load, check the mod.io page for a newer file or a note from 1NobleDuck.
