Getting into DrillShowdownEvent

You don’t install DrillShowdownEvent like a PC mod. Gorilla Tag downloads it for you once you’re subscribed, on Quest or PC.

1. In City, walk into the Arcade and use a green VR headset; that takes you to the Virtual Stump.
2. Not linked yet? The account screen in the Stump gives you a code to type in at mod.io/connect.
3. Subscribe to DrillShowdownEvent at mod.io/g/gorilla-tag/m/drill-showdown-event-full while logged in to the mod.io account you’ve linked to Gorilla Tag.
4. On the maps terminal, show installed maps only, pick DrillShowdownEvent and load it. Expect a ~104 MB download the first time.

Note: accounts registered as under 13 can’t enter the Virtual Stump.

Tips

• It’s tagged as a challenge/race map, so expect to restart sections. Learning one route properly beats rushing.
