How to play ≡ Candy Land ≡
Because it’s a mod.io map, there’s nothing to sideload: Quest and PC players both get it through the in-game Virtual Stump.
- Subscribe to ≡ Candy Land ≡ at mod.io/g/gorilla-tag/m/candy-land2 while logged in to the mod.io account you’ve linked to Gorilla Tag.
- In City, walk into the Arcade and use a green VR headset; that takes you to the Virtual Stump.
- Not linked yet? The account screen in the Stump gives you a code to type in at mod.io/connect.
- Use the terminal to filter to installed maps, then select ≡ Candy Land ≡ and press load. The first load pulls about 49 MB.
Custom maps aren’t available to accounts registered under 13.
Things worth knowing
- It’s tagged Hangout, which usually means it’s best with a few friends in a private code rather than a full random lobby.
- The Roleplay tag means much of the fun depends on the group you play with. Agree on the scenario before you start.
