How to play BOULDERING

You don’t install BOULDERING like a PC mod. Gorilla Tag downloads it for you once you’re subscribed, on Quest or PC.

1. Head to the Arcade in City and put on one of the green headsets to drop into the Virtual Stump.
2. If the terminal says you’re not linked, enter the code it shows at mod.io/connect.
3. Subscribe to BOULDERING at mod.io/g/gorilla-tag/m/bouldering while logged in to the mod.io account you’ve linked to Gorilla Tag.
4. Pick BOULDERING from the installed list on the maps terminal and load in. The first load pulls about 15 MB.

Under-13 accounts are blocked from the Virtual Stump, so this won’t show up for them.

Before you jump in

• It’s a light download (about 15 MB), so it loads quickly even on slow Wi-Fi.
• It’s tagged as a challenge/race map, so expect to restart sections. Learning one route properly beats rushing.
• With competitive or minigame tags, sessions play better when everyone has already loaded the map before the round starts.
