How to play Monke Farms

You don’t install Monke Farms like a PC mod. Gorilla Tag downloads it for you once you’re subscribed, on Quest or PC.

1. Open mod.io/g/gorilla-tag/m/barn and hit Subscribe. Use the same mod.io login that your headset is linked to.
2. In City, walk into the Arcade and use a green VR headset; that takes you to the Virtual Stump.
3. If the terminal says you’re not linked, enter the code it shows at mod.io/connect.
4. On the maps terminal, show installed maps only, pick Monke Farms and load it. Expect a ~112 MB download the first time.

Under-13 accounts are blocked from the Virtual Stump, so this won’t show up for them.

Before you jump in

• It’s tagged as a challenge/race map, so expect to restart sections. Learning one route properly beats rushing.
• It’s tagged Hangout, which usually means it’s best with a few friends in a private code rather than a full random lobby.
• The Roleplay tag means much of the fun depends on the group you play with. Agree on the scenario before you start.
• With competitive or minigame tags, sessions play better when everyone has already loaded the map before the round starts.
